General Information

You ticket includes ALL workshops, meals, camping, and full use of the venue. If you select the "Early Arrival" option you can enter from 2PM on Tuesday, July 30th. Otherwise you can arrive beginning at 2PM on Thursday, August 1st. Your first meal is dinner on your day of arrival.

Level 1, 2 and 3 tickets: All levels give you all the same access. The ONLY difference is the cost. I invite you to buy a ticket at the price which suits you.

Helper tickets: Would you like to save some money on your camp-out ticket? If you purchase this ticket you'll be assigned one chore during the event. Most likely it'll be doing dishes after a meal. You will not miss any workshops and your task will be a maximum of two hours.

All tickets are first come first serve and there is a limited amount. Please read through the registration form carefully and completely.

"Early Arrival" (Optional)

Would you like to spend TWO extra days at the camp this summer?

Select "Early Arrival" and arrive on Tuesday beginning at 2:00 PM. Dinner is served at 7 PM on Tuesday. The "Early Arrival" option includes two workshop blocks on Wednesday, one on Thursday morning, handstand training, conditioning and all meals.

Cost is $250 for adults and $120 for kids ages 6 to 17. The "Thursday Intensive" from 3:30pm to 6:30pm is NOT included with Early Arrival. If you want to join this intensive please select it below.

The "Thursday Intensive" is a special opportunity to study with some amazing teachers. Choose a topic below and let the fun begin. Class is from 3:30 to 6:30 pm on Thursday and costs $40 extra, $20 for kids under 18.

Adventures in L-Base Hand to Hand Intensive w/ Sam & Luka
Come join us in our on-going quest to find the winding paths connecting H2H to the rest of our L-base acro practice. We’ll equip ourselves with some of our favorite drills for building strong foundations and dynamic range, and then venture into the wilds of transitions to and through H2H and RH2H. Our focus will be more on the playful exploration of where hand holding can take us than on any one peak skill. Refinements and challenges will be available for all levels of H2H explorers.

Prerequisites: 5 second low and extended L-base H2H and/or RH2H. A controlled lower from extended F2H to low F2H. An adventurous spirit and enthusiasm for side quests.
Dance Lifts w/ Jacob & Alexandra
This intensive is a deep dive into the captivating world of dance lifts; the most accessible type of dynamic standing Acro. With practice and application of the techniques presented you will unlock performing these lifts with grace and ease.

Dance lifts are versatile skills that have the power to elevate performances and infuse them with an added layer of excitement. They are also a playful medium through which friends can explore movement together.

We will guide you through the execution of each lift and also an imaginative exploration of linking them together, crafting awe-inspiring sequences. This is an intermediate intensive so some prior Acro experience is recommended.

Progressions and modifications will be offered so you can push your edge or play within your comfort zone, choose your own adventure! You are welcome to join with or without a partner for this celebration of creativity, collaboration, and graceful movement!
Fearless Foot to Foots w/ Hobs & Kena (Icarian)
Learn how to make your foot to foot pops feel like foot snuggles not struggles! We will train how to practice safe exits and a variety of different ways to pop in and out of foot to foot. Our goal will be to make you have fun, practice safely and fall in love with foot catching!!

Pre-reqs: Straight pops in icarian throne, icarian throne to bird. Five squats in foot to foot for flyers. Three presses in foot to foot for bases. Healthy legs for bases and flyers!
Slackro with YogaSlackers Sam & Raquel (Intermediate)
Dive into the dynamic world of Slackro in this intensive workshop, skillfully led by the seasoned duo, Sam and Raquel. With over 12 years of collaborative teaching experience, they bring a wealth of knowledge, finesse, and an engaging fun atmosphere to the class.

Slackro, a unique fusion of AcroYoga and slacklining, challenges practitioners to emulate the intricate balance and movements of slacklining, but with a twist—your partner becomes your line. This intermediate-level workshop focuses on the foundational elements of Slackro, emphasizing the art of balance, precise communication, and the beauty of co-creation. Participants will learn to harmonize their movements and support each other, mirroring the mutual balance found in slacklining.

This workshop is ideal for those who have a basic understanding of AcroYoga and are ready to step up their practice. Expect a journey filled with playful exploration, refinement of skills, and a deepened sense of connection with your partner. Come join Sam and Raquel for an unforgettable experience where fun and learning go hand in hand!

Slackline experience is not required.
Thai Trades and Campout Connection with Kelli Mae
Enjoy the softest landing into our event with this deep dive into connection, communication, receiving and giving. We'll enjoy solo and partner warm-ups, spend ample time swapping Thai massage for the whole body, and finish with a spacious partner savasana. The best part? You'll have a set of new best friends by the end of our time together!

Can you help us....?

Twice a day we move the trash, compost and recycling to the appropriate locations at the venue. With 300 people attending a wheelbarrow is not the best tool.

During the event it's super helpful if I have access to an open-bed pick-up truck to accomplish these tasks. Are you coming in an open-bed pick-up truck and willing to let us use it sometimes? If so please enter your name below. The truck will never leave the property boundary. Thanks.

Would you like to extend your time at Acro camp? After the crowd leaves the fun continues with breakdown. Most of the work happens on Sunday between 5pm and dark and again all day Monday. There is no extra cost and food will be provided. You can spend Sunday and even Monday night at the venue.

We have work to do, but there is also time to swim, decompress and enjoy the beautiful venue. If you're interested please enter your name below. Space is limited.

No refunds are available due to weather
Cancel before July 1st and get a full refund minus a $45 processing fee.
Credit card fees are non-refundable.
Cancel between July 1st and 15th and get a 50% refund.
No refunds are possible after July 15.
Tickets can be transferred to another person at any time for a $45 processing fee.
